Placing a Call

You can use your ITP system to place a video call in any of these ways:

• Entering a name or number on the Call screen.

• Entering a SIP address on the alphanumeric keyboard.

• Choosing a site from the Favorites screen.

• Choosing a site from the Directory.

Calling by Entering a Name or Number

To call by entering a name or number:

1 From the Home screen, touch Place a Call.

The Keypad screen appears.

2 Using the keypad, enter the video or phone number, IP address, or E.164

extension for the site.

— To enter letters, touch Keyboard.

— If you make a mistake while dialing, touch Backspace.

3 Touch Call to place the call.
